Description

L & A Engineering batch blending cooker. The batch cooker consists of a stationary 650 gallon vessel with a rotating tubular spiral heat exchanger. The vessel measures 67" long x 47" wide x 30" straight side x 23" trough. The vessel has a 3" diameter outlet that is 23" from the ground. The 42" diameter spiral agitator has a 3" diameter heating tube that makes 7 turns. The agitator is driven by an Eaton Char-Lynn 2000 Series 18.7 in3 displacement hydraulic motor. Requires a hydraulic power unit and air supply. Shipping size is 78" wide x 130" long x 90" tall.
