Description

300 gallon APV Crepaco, stainless steel, steam jacketed, processor kettle with a dome top and a conical bottom on three adjustable legs. The 3 zone jacket is rated for 75 psi@ 350F. Kettle is 48" inside diameter with 34" straight side and a 12" deep cone. Kettle has a 1.5 hp top mounted side scrape agitator with baffles. 208-230/460 vac 3 ph power required. There is about 35" clearance under the vessel. The top has an 18" manway with a lid, 5 each 4", one 2.5" and one 2" sanitary connections. The side has 3 each 2" NTP jacket connections. The bottom has a 4" center sanitary discharge, 2 each thermowells and two 2" NTP jacket connections. Serial number K-1256. Duplicate tag. 126" overall height.
