Vertical Form Fill Sealing Machines (VFFS)
CRYOVAC2000B

Cryovac Model 2000B Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine. The VFFS is capable of speeds up to 30 packages per minute depending size and product viscosity. The vffs has a pouch size range from 6" to 12" wide x 8" to 24" long and a pouch fill volume of 16 ounces to 256 ounces. The unit is all stainless steel with AB controls. Will handle a broad range of pump-able products (pump not included) including products with particulates up to 14" in size under hot or cold fill conditions. Ideal for products such as soups, sauces, condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise), salad dressing, tomato-based products (pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce) liquid eggs, taco meat filling. Last running tomato based products. Requires 230 vac 3 phase electrical, 90 psi and 300 cfm of compressed air, and 5 gpm of chilled water. Machine is priced to reflect some minor missing parts needed.
