USED ERTEL EX
Overview
Ertel 2.5 cu ft brass plate and frame filter press. Model EX. The 35 plates measure 21" in diameter with a 20.5" diameter interior opening. The 35 frame areas are 3/8" deep. The plates have alternating 1.5" in the top bottom of the plate. The filter is set up with screens on all plates. According to the manufacturer, this can be used when back pressure is a problem. The screens can be removed on inlet plates to make a conventional plate and frame filter. The plates have a hand wheel closure system. The inlet and outlet are connected to 2.5" fittings. Overall dimensions are 60"l x 26" w x 48"h.
