USED KHS COMPACTA-TRONIC MONOBLOCK

KHS filler and capper machine monoblock. The monoblock consists if a KHS model Compacta-Tronic rotary gravity filler and a KHS model TTS 6000 12 head rotary screw capper. The filler has 96 valves, can fill up to 580 bpm of 750 ml bottles, all stainless steel product contact surfaces, a clockwise rotation, a bottom-up fill for liquids that might foam, an adjustable height, and 5.56" valve centers. The screw capper shown in the picture is a 12 head rotary screw capper set-up for 28 mm caps. The monoblock is driven by a 50 hp 1770 rpm electric motor that is tagged for hazardous locations. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Good condition.
