USED AEROGLIDE RI-36-12NSX
Overview
Aeroglide model RI-36-12NSX steam heated rotary dryer.Serial # 90027-03. 650,000 btu/hr of 115 psi saturated steam required. Steam heated, single pass and non-recirculated air from the heating chamber thru the drying drum. The flighted stainless steel drum is 36" in diameter. Product is fed thru a rotary feeder with a 10" square flange. Dried product is pneumatically conveyed from an 8" diameter flanged discharge. The drum is driven by a 1 hp variable speed drive. The over-all dimensions of the dryer are 278" long x 70" wide x 84" tall. Also included with this dryer is a free standing control panel with temperature controllers and a Torit reverse pulse jet dust collector model 2DF8. The Aerofin type "B" radiator style steam coils need to be replace due to freeze damage, otherwise it is in pretty good condition.
