Description

This is a Vendome Copper and Brass Works 20 gallon vertical mash pre-cooker. Its shell is 16" in diameter with a 26" straight side height and 62" overall height including the legs. It is constructed of 304 stainless steel. The shell is rated at 150 psi & full vacuum at 400° F. This vessel is not jacketed. It cooked a continuous stream of product via steam injection. It has (1) 6" flanged top inlet, (1) 3" bottom discharge, (1) 6" flanged bottom discharge, and (1) 4" flanged side connection. Mounted on 4 legs. Good condition.
