SPC9295 Tank 2000 gallon vertical tank, Stainless Steel, atm internal, 150 psi @ 400F jacket, 3 hp agitator, dish

Richmond Engineering Corp 2,000 gallon atmospheric tank with side and bottom jacket. Vessel is constructed of 316 stainless steel. Jacket rated for 150 psi @ 400F. Note: the dimple jacket has repairs with out any ASME repair tags on the tank. We tested the jacket to 100 psi without leaks. Tank is 72" OD x 94" straight side. Top is flat plate with beams for agitator support. Top is 30" wide x 16" deep hinged feed. Top has one 6" LJ, one 4" LJ, one 4" LJ, three 2" LJ, one 1.5" LJ and two 1" LJ flanges. Bottom outlet has 4" nozzle reduced to 2" LJ with ball valve. Side has one 2" RFSO nozzle. Vessel has anchor chairs on the side. Approximately 3 ft diameter coil of 1" tube with five turns. 3 hp Chemeneer top mount xp agitator with 19" diameter blades. 230/460 vac 3 ph power required. The four plate heat exchangers are approximately 14.5" by 82".
