Description
75 gallon Silvan Industries 304 stainless steel reactor. The lid on the reactor is epoxy coated carbon steel. National Board #11605. The jacket is rated for 50 psi @ 250° F and the internal rating is 110 psi @ 250° F. The shell thickness is .187" and the head thickness is .094". The vessel measures 36" high x 24" in diameter. On the top are (2) 1.5" flanged connections. On the top side there are (3) 2.5" threaded connections and (1) 1.5" threaded connection. On the bottom there are (1) 1" threaded connection, (1) 1.5" threaded connection, and a 2.5" threaded bottom center discharge. It has a top mounted dispersion type agitator with the motor missing. This unit was built in 1989.
