Description

Custom Fabricating & Repair Inc. 250 gallon 316 stainless steel reactor body. National Board # 24. Interior is rated for 150 psi @ 400° F. The shell is rated a 150 psi @ 400° F. The tank is 40" in diameter with 48" straight side height and a 10.25" dish bottom and dome top. The top has a 16" manway (lid is not included), an 8" flange for an agitator (agitator not included), (6) 1.5" sanitary fittings, (3) 3" sanitary fittings, and a 4" sanitary fitting. The side has (2) 1/5" NPT inlet/outlet for the side jacket and (2) 1.5" sanitary fitting outlets. The bottom has (2) 1.5" NPT inlet/outlet for the bottom jacket and a 2.25" outlet with a 2" sanitary fitting outlet coming out of the side that is 16" from the ground.
