SPC6302 Reactor 65 gallon Mid-South Maintenance Inc. chemical reactor, 110 psi internal, 50 psi jacket, 1 hp 3 blade agitator

Mid-South Maintenance Inc. 65 gallon epoxy coated carbon steel reactor. Reactor is equipped with a 1 hp agitator. The agitator has a four blade 17" diameter propeller. The vessel measures 23" diameter x 32" straight side with 4" dish bottom and top. The vessel is National Board # 1755 and has a Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) of 110 psi @ 650° F and a Minimum Design Metal Temperature (MDMT) of -20° F @ 110 psi. The jacket has a MAWP rating for 50 psi @ 200° F and a MDMT of -20° F @ 50 psi. The top of the reactor has (2) 2" NPT inlets and (4) .5" NPT inlets on a hinged lid. The side has a 2.5" flange inlet, (2) .5" NPT fittings for the jacket, (3) .5" NPT inlets, and a sight glass tube level gauge. The bottom has a 2.5" flange center discharge that is 18.5" from the ground. The overall shipping dimensions are 48" x 48" x 90" tall. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. The inside of the reactor has a chip in the epoxy coating missing.
