Description
Used 70 gallon Hoppes High pressure reactor. Stainless steel reactor. Unit top head is removable. The vessel measures 40" high straight side x 24" diameter. National Board# 1813. Internal pressure rated 1700 PSIG @ 365 F and rated -20 F @ 1700 PSIG minimum design metal temperature. The jacket is rated FV-175 PSIG @ 365 F maximum allowed working pressure and rated -20 F @ 175 PSIG minimum design metal temperature. The top has (2) 2" flanged nozzles, (1) 1" flanged nozzle, (1) 3" flanged nozzle, and (1) 3" agitator shaft. The bottom has (1) 3/4" and (1) 1 1/4" NPT threaded coupling. The side has (2) 1 1/4" thread coupling on top and bottom side, and a ball valve. Unit has 4 anchor chairs for mezzanine mount. Equipped with a 5 hp 230/460 vac 3 ph top entering agitator. Serial# B14322 . Overall dimensions: 39" x 39" and 88" height.
