New Jersey Machine Pacestepper pressure sensitive labeler. Model 331L-SBP-107. The labeler is a right hand feed unit. Labeler has wrap around capability. The Unit is currently set up for 1" high labels but can be expanded to 5". The top hold down conveyor can handle up to 9.5" tall bottles. The bottles are moved along through the feed wheel, timing screw, labeling station and wrap around attachment on a 4.5" wide table top conveyor. All movements are controlled by programmable stepper motors through PLCs for easy change over. The labeling head has a Eurocode 180 encoder on it. The overall length of labeling unit is 16'. Capable of speeds up to 300 cpm with encoder and 600 cpm without encoder. Requires 460 vac 3 ph electrical supply. Serial # S90H4000.
