Overview
Hubbert 300 gallon stainless steel hemispherical bottom kettle. Jacket is rated at 100 psi at 337 f. Serial # 9244.2. National Board # 177. Equipped with 5 hp lightnin type agitator. Agitator has has 2" shaft with two 12" three prop blades. Tank has a 42" diameter with 38" straight side hieght and a 19" deep dish bottom. Bottom has a 4" flush mount pneumaticly operated discharge valve. Open top has a lid with an 18" manway, (1) 8", (1) 1", (1) 2" sanitary fittings and a 6" flanged fitting for dry product hopper. Kettle also equipped with thermo well. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrical supply for agitator and a pneumatic supply for discharge valve. Good condition.
