Description

Lee 1000 gallon stainless steel kettle. Serial # B6901A2. National Board # 5300. The top of kettle is single walled and the bottom of the kettle is jacketed. Entire unit has a stainless steel outer covering. The jacket is rated for 40 psi @ 287 f. Kettle has a hemispherical bottom with anchor style sweep agitator and baffles for increased agitation. The agitator is driven by a hydraulic motor. The kettle is 72" in diameter with a 48" straight side and a 31" dish depth. The overall height with agitator is 136". The top has a 1/3 hinged top. The jacket has 2" threaded fittings. The interior kettle has a 4" center sanitary discharge and a 4" sanitary fitting in wall of hemispherical bottom.
