Description

Sentry Equipment plate and frame heat exchanger on stainless steel skid. All contact parts are constructed of 316 stainless steel. 22 plates (10" x 27") for 40 sqft of transfer surface. Designed for 100 psi at 279° F. Can handle flow of 100 to 220 gpm. 2" inlet and outlets. Model SPG C50-22-316E-11H-10L. Serial number 0205142211-01. Skid also includes the following equipment: (1) Grundfos vertical inline centrifugal pump on skid. Stainless steel construction. Type CRN1-7 UP=G-E-HQQE. Model A96082691-P10513569. 9.7 gpm @ 148 feet of lift. .75 hp electric motor turns at 3450 rpm. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. (1) Waren 2" stainless steel check valve. (1) Crane Saunder 2" diaphragm valve. (3) 2" stainless steel ball valves. (4) 1" stainless steel ball valves. (3) Square D 30 amp disconnects. (1) Fisher Control Type 92S Steam Pressure Regulator. (1) Steam Pressure relief valve. This skid was producing hot caustic for a CIP system.
