Mechanical Safety Lockout Nut to Maintain Height if Hydraulic Lift Fails. Formerly used to lift C-130 Hercules 4 Engine Military Turbo Props. They Have Their Own Spring Loaded Wheels to Wheel Them Around With No Load. Putting a Load On Them Compresses the Springs and Puts the Load on the Foot Pads. The Minimum Under Wing Jack Point Height Can't Be Less Than 55" When the Jacks are Rolled in On Their Wheels.
