The APEC GM2530 is a precision-engineered 5-axis high-speed gantry machining center built to tackle large, complex parts with exceptional stability and accuracy. Designed for high-performance applications across aerospace, mold & die, and heavy industries, the GM2530 combines advanced 5-axis simultaneous motion with ultra-rigid gantry construction and a powerful HSK100A 12,000 rpm spindle.

With a generous travel range of X: 3,000 mm, Y: 2,500 mm, and Z: 1,200 mm, and a max table load of 8 T/m², this gantry mill is ideal for large-format high-speed machining. Its dual-driven linear motor system on X and Y axes and rack & pinion with gear-driven Z-axis ensures rapid feedrates of 60 m/min on XY and 30 m/min on Z—perfect for maximizing productivity on demanding materials.

The built-in spindle offers up to 76 kW of power and 302 Nm of torque, capable of machining titanium alloys, nickel-based materials, and complex 5-sided parts with ease. A fork-type 2-axis milling head with ±110° (B-axis) and full 360° (C-axis) rotation enables precision contouring and undercut machining. The machine is equipped with a 60-tool HSK100A automatic tool changer and is driven by the industry-leading Heidenhain TNC640 controller with HR520 handwheel for accurate, responsive control.

From aerospace structural components to high-precision molds, the APEC GM2530 offers the high-speed dynamics, cutting rigidity, and automation required for modern, large-scale multi-axis machining.
