Description:
This used HydroFloTech ClariMax Inclined Plate Clarifier is a high-efficiency, high-profile solids settling system designed for industrial wastewater treatment. Engineered with a 2500 sq. ft. Projected Surface Area (PSA) and a Hydraulic Loading Rate of 0.2 GPM/sq. ft., the system is optimized for 500 GPM throughput. The clarifier includes removable and serviceable plate packs mounted in 55° sloping chambers for superior sedimentation and ease of cleaning. Additional features include 3000-gallon flash/flocculation chambers, a 20 GPH polymer pump, 260 GPM sludge pump, 12" ANSI flange inlets/outlets, and a 2900-gallon polyethylene effluent tank. The system is skid-mounted with stainless steel framing and includes a bottom sludge collection chamber (no auger).
