Description:
This used Leistritz ZSE-60 GL twin screw extruder is a versatile and robust compounding system designed for advanced polymer processing. With a 36:1 L/D ratio and 9 modular barrel sections, the extruder provides flexibility for various formulations and processing requirements. Driven by a 150 HP (114 kW) Baumueller DC motor, it operates at up to 500 RPM screw speed. The barrels are electrically heated and liquid-cooled, and the system includes a stand-alone control panel (non-functional), LSB-47 side feeder, and cooling system with pump tank and heat exchanger. Also included are two complete segmented twin screw sets with splined shafts, approximately 25 pairs of spare elements (mixing and conveying), two swing gate strand die assemblies, spare die plates, and 8–10 spare barrel closures/inserts.
