USED 2008 GLEASON SIGMA V3
Overview
The GLEASON SIGMA V3 (also known as Sigma 3) is a precision CNC gear testing machine that uses a granite base, 3 linear motor-driven axes (X, Y, Z), and a rotary C-axis to inspect gears. It is designed for production and laboratory use. It can handle gears up to 12" in diameter. The machine features a 3D scanning probe, often a Renishaw SP80H, which provides high-speed and high-accuracy measurements.
