Description:
This used Paul O. Abbe 12" Rota-Cone Vacuum Dryer is a compact, high-efficiency drying system designed for sensitive materials requiring gentle tumbling under vacuum. The vessel is constructed from T316 stainless steel with a carbon steel jacket, and features a 0.5 cubic foot volume with an interior 180 grit (4$) polish for sanitary or precision drying applications. Operating at 250°F (121°C) with a maximum vacuum of 14.7 psi, the unit tumbles at 9 RPM to ensure uniform drying. The jacket is rated for 14.7 psi, and the unit includes a Sterlco Sterl-Tronic Heater (6000 watts, 150 psig) for consistent temperature control. Vacuum pump not included, but available separately.
