Description:
The Westfalia RSB 150-01-776 is a high-capacity, self-cleaning disc stack centrifuge built for industrial-scale separation and clarification processes. Engineered for continuous operation, this unit features an automatic hydraulic solids ejection system and a dual centripetal pump discharge, allowing independent pressurized removal of both light and heavy liquid phases. With a bowl speed of approximately 4,700 RPM, it is capable of processing up to 300 tons per day (12–15 tons/hour) depending on feed conditions. CIP compatibility and PLC-ready controls make this centrifuge ideal for high-throughput food, oil, or chemical industries. Last used in edible oil refining, it's mounted on a heavy-duty frame with a horizontal motor for simplified access and serviceability.
