Baumalight PS330 30-Inch 3-Point Tree Spade, Manual Controls

The Baumalight PS330 gives a Category 2 tractor a hinged-arm tree spade with a 30-inch root ball. Its arm opens to 60 inches, providing space to position the head around the trunk and lower branches before the blades enter the ground.
Three 3/8-inch mild-steel blades form a root ball 29 inches deep. The rear blade arrangement leaves the operator a view of the digging action. Manual hydraulic valves operate the blades and swing arm separately, along with lift and tilt for positioning and extraction.
Choose the PS330 when access around the tree calls for the hinged opening. The fixed-frame PT330 forms the same diameter root ball through a narrower opening. Both need a Category 2 tractor with enough hitch capacity for the soil-filled attachment.
