The CNC 5-axis machining center DMU 160P hi-dyn by DECKEL MAHO is a powerful and highly versatile machine built for maximum precision, speed, and flexibility on the shop floor. With generous travels of X 1,600 mm, Y 1,250 mm, and Z 1,000 mm, combined with a 360° NC rotary table and a B-axis range of +180°/-7°, even large and complex workpieces can be completed in a single setup — saving time and boosting overall efficiency. The 28 kW high-performance motor spindle with a continuously variable speed range from 20 to 18,000 rpm delivers precise cutting across a wide range of materials, while the HSK-63 tool interface keeps setup times short and processes running smoothly.
The modern HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 control system ensures accurate CNC programming and optimized machining operations.
