Equipped with 20 HP and 40 HP explosion-proof motors, variable-speed mixing drives, stainless steel disperser blades, sweep agitator with wall scrapers, and hydraulic lift assembly. Tank includes removable dished top cover with gasket, clamp-style manways, sight glass, stainless steel flexible process connections, and 3 in bottom discharge outlet with valve. Includes explosion-proof operator control panels with separate low-speed and high-speed controls, RPM indication, temperature monitoring, and emergency stop. Heavy-duty Myers floor-mounted mixing assembly with overhead drive housing, hydraulic lift system, and stainless steel product-contact components.
