Core Operational Features
Robust Structural Design: Built on a monolithic, torsion-resistant steel frame, the machine effortlessly absorbs processing vibrations. Instead of standard rollers, it frequently utilizes an Upper Belt Presser—a rubber belt with a stain-proof coating layered over spring-loaded connecting rods—ensuring uniform top pressure and zero slippage on delicate finishes. It also incorporates an automatic track lubrication system to ensure uniform tape movement over time.
Advanced Glue and Pre-Milling Technology:
Pre-Milling Unit: Equipped with two high-frequency motors (electrospindles) to dress the panel edge prior to gluing, completely removing surface chipping or imperfections from the upstream panel saw.
Hybrid Gluing & Quickmelt System: Features a hybrid glue head supporting quick-melt granules for traditional EVA glue, while also accommodating Polyurethane (PUR) glue blocks through a top-loading pre-melter system for superior water and heat resistance.
Adhesion Optimization: Incorporates an anti-adhesive liquid spray to keep glue from sticking to panel surfaces, paired with an adaptive IRL Infrared Lamp that pre-heats the raw panel edge before glue application to drastically boost bond strength.

Corner Rounding Unit: A multi-function, two-motor corner rounding station that shapes and trims the leading and trailing corner profiles on up to 3mm tape dynamically.
