The UNT1100 is a stand-alone digital controller that can also report to a Metasys supervisory device over the N2 Bus, a two-wire plus reference network using addresses 1 through 253. Binary outputs are triacs that switch 24 VAC to relays, solenoids and actuators, while the two analog outputs drive modulating valve and damper actuators. A Zone Bus connection, available as an eight-pin phone jack or spade terminals, links a room sensor or a service laptop to the controller. The controller snaps onto DIN rail or mounts to a surface, uses spade quick-connect terminations, and is configured, downloaded and commissioned with HVAC PRO for Windows.
