5 Salmatec MAXIMA 1000-300 pellet mills (vertical ring die, two rollers, 2 × 250 HP, i.e., 500 HP per press)
5 Geelen VK24X24KL-P counterflow coolers (inlet at 121°C, outlet at approximately 5°C above ambient temperature)
5 PCS 52-35 dust collection systems, including a Cyclofilter CF52/35, dosing devices, a GS350 fines valve, and a 12FREN450 fan
Presently set-up for Plastic Pellet, dies can be changed for Wood Pellet if needed.
All Components are Brand New, located in New Brunswick, CA
