USED ROTOGRAN WO-2236 SIDE CHUTE GRANULATOR

The Rotogran WO-2236 Side Chute Granulator is a robust used machine ideal for heavy-duty granulation tasks. It is powered by a 60 HP motor running at 1750 RPM, typically configured for 480V or 575V, 3 Phase, and 60 Hz operations. The machine features a cutting opening size of 22" x 36", an open rotor design, and is equipped with 4 bed knives and 9 fly knives. With a substantial throughput capacity of approximately 1,800 to 3,200 lbs/hr, this granulator efficiently handles various materials depending on the screen size and feed method used.

The overall construction of the granulator includes dual solid steel flywheels and high-grade D2 tool steel blades, enhancing its durability and performance. The machine's design supports side-chute configurations, making it suitable for automated or conveyor-driven operations. It typically includes a manual drawer system or an integrated blower/cyclone evacuation system for efficient material handling.

Physical dimensions are adaptable, with a total machine weight ranging from 5,500 lbs to 6,200 lbs based on configuration choices. Its length is approximately 72" to 84", width ranges from 65" to 75", and overall height stands around 88" to 102", modified by chute requirements. For installation and operational effectiveness, lifting must be done by trained professionals due to the machine's uneven weight distribution. Video documentation of its operation is available upon request.
