The 2017 Cumberland X1400 Granulator System is a robust solution for industrial recycling and size reduction needs. Featuring a 49-inch width box dumper and a 48-inch width infeed conveyor, this granulator is engineered for efficiency and durability. It utilizes a Cumberland open rotor with 10 fly knives across 5 rows, driven by a powerful 150 HP motor. The system is equipped with two interchangeable screens, sized at 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch, allowing for versatile material processing.

This unit includes a 15 HP blower and cyclone, enhancing the material handling capability. It features a Throat Size of 24” x 56” and a cutting circle diameter of 23 5/8”, with a 3-knife TwinShear chevron rotor that optimizes scissor cutting for minimal power consumption. The granulator can process approximately 3500 lbs per hour depending on the material.

The machine's footprint measures 98.5 inches in depth and 106 inches in width, with a standard infeed height of 103.5 inches, ensuring it fits well in various operational setups.
