Jores Technologies 2023 Model E-FW-450 horizontal flow wrapping machine designed for packaging bakery products, snack foods, and other individual products in flexible film. Previously used for wrapping bagels at a bakery. Rated packaging speed of 30–180 bags per minute. Equipped with approximately 80.3 in long flat chain infeed conveyor, adjustable film roll mounting assembly, automatic bag length detection, photoelectric film print registration sensor, hot roll date coder, digital temperature controls with temperature range up to 400°C, and end sealing assembly. Features Weintek touchscreen operator interface, Panasonic MK300 variable frequency drives, chain and belt drive systems, safety guarding, emergency stop controls, and casters. Compatible with OPP/CPP, PT/PE, KOP/CPP, and aluminum foil packaging materials. Electrical requirements listed as 220V, 50/60 Hz, single phase, 13 amps, with NEMA 6-20P plug. Power specifications provided as 2.6–2.8 kW. No compressed air required. Includes discharge conveyor.
