Paul O. Abbe Model RB-35 stainless steel double spiral ribbon blender with 35 cu ft working capacity and 39 cu ft total volume. All stainless steel construction with polished Type 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces. Mixing trough measures approximately 33.4 in W x 59.1 in L x 37.4 in D and contains a double spiral ribbon agitator with packing glands and pillow block bearings. Driven by a 20 HP SEW-Eurodrive motor, 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1777 RPM, coupled to a 41.87:1 gear reducer providing approximately 42 RPM output. Equipped with clamped top cover, safety limit switch, 19.7 in W x 31.5 in L center loading opening with safety grate, and 4.7 in W x 14.2 in air-operated flush plug discharge valve. Discharge housing measures approximately 18.5 in W x 24 in L with 24 in discharge height. Overall dimensions approximately 56 in W x 108 in L x 90 in H. Weight approximately 2,860 lb. Previously used for corn meal processing.
