Over the years the machine has had the following work done to it. New z-laser in 2018
New vacuum pump in 2020
New spindle in 2021
New x axis bearing and x axis carrier bearing as well. This was done in 2021.
We replace the electrical wire between the spindle module and the motor in 2022. We ended up having Funuc come out and replaced our spindle amp module with a new one. This was done in 2022. The handwheel assembly was replaced in 2024. This machine is being used daily.
