The AWEA GF-650 High-Speed CNC Graphite Milling Center is a precision-engineered machining solution specifically designed for high-speed dry milling of graphite, carbon fiber, glass-fiber composites, and other abrasive, dust-generating materials. The machine features 650 mm X-axis, 510 mm Y-axis, and 510 mm Z-axis travels, a 750 × 510 mm worktable with a 500 kg load capacity, and a 12,000 rpm direct-drive BT40 spindle, with an optional 20,000 rpm spindle configuration. Equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF CNC control, the GF-650 delivers rapid traverse speeds of 48 m/min on the X/Y axes, 32 m/min on the Z-axis, and cutting feed rates of up to 15 m/min, with positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm and repeatability of ±0.003 mm according to JIS B 6338. Its FEM-optimized rigid machine structure, precision linear guideways, spindle cooling system, and centralized automatic lubrication support stable and accurate machining operations.

Specifically engineered for graphite machining environments, the GF-650 incorporates a high-performance dust extraction and self-cleaning filtration system, fully enclosed machining area with roof, protective dustproof covers on all axes, and a removable internal dust collection tank to minimize airborne graphite particles and protect critical machine components. A 24-tool automatic tool changer with an enclosed, dust-protected magazine and automatic door further enhances machining efficiency while preventing dust contamination.
