Overview
Home Building Material (Miscellaneous)

The Johnson Controls A319ABC-24-02 is a line-voltage, single-stage electronic temperature control from the A319 series. It combines electronic accuracy with remote sensing: an interchangeable temperature sensor feeds the control, and an SPDT relay output with LED indication switches the load.

Operation is set by jumper block - vertical for heating, horizontal for cooling - and both the cut-in temperature and the differential are adjustable, the differential by a potentiometer marked DIFF inside the case. In heating mode the relay energises as temperature falls to cut-in and drops out at cut-in plus differential; in cooling mode it energises as temperature rises to cut-in and drops out at cut-in minus differential. The control is housed in a NEMA 1 high-impact plastic enclosure suitable for surface or DIN rail mounting. The -24-02 is supplied without a sensor and ships with the jumper blocks set for cooling operation.
