This Used Nelmor Model RG2257 Granulator is a high-throughput industrial plastic granulator featuring a 22" x 57" feed throat, ideal for large parts, purgings, sheet, or blow-molded waste. Equipped with a 5-knife open rotor (15 total knives) and 2 bed knife positions (6 knives), the RG2257 delivers consistent and efficient granulation.
The clam shell cutting chamber, powered by a 3 HP hydraulic pump, provides tool-free access for rapid cleaning and maintenance. A drop-down Airveyor discharge system, hydraulically actuated via manual pump, directs material through a 10" OD airveyor outlet.
The granulator includes:

Top-mounted infeed chute
