Model ADF24G
The Avalon Standing Pilot Gas Fryer is of Stainless Steel construction.
Temperature of the fryer is controlled by an extra Sensitive Thermostat/Thermometer combination operating a Magnetic Millivolt Gas Valve (no electric power is needed).
