The Clean Air Industries HighSmoke 2400 (HS2400) is an industrial oil smoke and mist collector engineered for heavy-duty applications involving weld smoke, neat oils, and moisture-rich coolant steam. Designed to handle higher inlet concentrations up to 150 mg/m³, this unit is suitable for demanding processes such as die casting, cold heading, high-speed grinding, machining, and tube mills. Operating at an airflow capacity of 2,400 CFM, the system is powered by a 10 HP motor and operates on 460V, 3-phase electrical power. The unit features a 14-inch inlet and can be ducted to single or multiple machines depending on airflow requirements. Its multi-stage filtration system includes a 36" x 36" x 4" metal mesh pre-filter, Stage 1 oversized deep fiber bed filter (36" x 39" x 28"), Stage 2 oversized deep fiber bed filter (36" x 39" x 24"), and a Stage 3 HEPA final safety filter (36" x 39" x 11.5").
