Clean Air Industries HighSmoke HS2400 Oil Smoke & Mist Collector

The Clean Air Industries HighSmoke 2400 (HS2400) is a heavy-duty industrial oil smoke and mist collector designed for demanding applications involving weld smoke, neat oils, and moisture-rich coolant steam. Engineered to handle high inlet concentrations up to 150 mg/m3, this unit is suitable for processes such as die casting, cold heading, high-speed grinding and machining, tube mills, and heavy smoke loads. It can be ducted to either single or multiple machines based on airflow requirements. The unit features an airflow capacity of 2,400 CFM powered by a 10 HP motor and requires a 460V, 3-phase electrical connection. Physical dimensions are 42 inches wide by 45 inches deep by 194 inches tall, with a total weight of 2,400 lbs and a 14-inch inlet size. Filtration is handled through a multi-stage system comprising a 36" x 36" x 4" metal mesh pre-filter, Stage 1 oversized deep fiber bed filter (36" x 39" x 28"), Stage 2 oversized deep fiber bed filter (36" x 39" x 24"), and a Stage 3 HEPA final safety filter (36" x 39" x 11.5").
