Overview
1 Used Universal Labeling High Speed Wraparound Pressure Sensitive Labeler, Model R322. Comes with an 8’ long x 6” wide motorized conveyor, adjustable guide rails, synchronized 3-roller stabilization wrap station (to secure wide or slightly tapered cylinders firmly against wrap station to eliminate wrinkling or bubbling), spacing wheel, integrated control panel with variable speed for conveyor, encapsulator, and spacing wheel. Includes Markem-Imaje SDX40 thermal transfer coder.
Specifications: comes with wide web for 12oz to 1-gallon containers, web width: 6.375”, dispensing speeds: up to 3,000”/minute, (20 to 300 bpm). Includes touch screen HMI and backlit digital module. Equipped with an Allen Brady Micro-logix 1500 PLC. Electrics: 1/60/110 volts, 20 amps.
