Designed for filling coarse texturized soy/vegetable products (TVP) with grain size 6-12 mm into valve bags with ultrasonic sealing. The dosing technique is especially custom for this product (slide gate dosing instead of pinch valve dosing), but possible to modify.

Depending on the product characteristics and bag design, it could perform a filling rate up to 200 bags per hour and up to 50 kg size of any flour type powder product

The INTEGRA® FD1 INLINE 1 BP EL-U is a highly specialized, fully automated enclosed valve bag filling machine manufactured by Haver & Boecker. It is **custom-engineered as a \"Plug & Pack\" turnkey system** primarily used for packaging powder, flour-type, or granular products into valve bags.

• INTEGRA®: The overall product line featuring an all-in-one dust-proof safety enclosure.
• FD1: Configured with a Food Design execution (hygiene-focused components, often for products like wheat gluten or baking ingredients) utilizing 1 filling spout.
• INLINE: Indicates an inline layout for the modular bag handling, discharge, and check-weighing system components.
• 1 BP: Built with 1 Bag Placer (automatic bag applicator) to feed empty valve bags onto the filling spout automatically.
• EL-U: Designates the integration of advanced electronics and an ultrasonic sealing unit to hermetically seal the bag valve right after filling to prevent product leakage.
