104" Extended Height Mast
The standard 80-inch vertical mast limit is replaced with a 104-inch structural steel tower extension. This modification is vital for stabilizing top-heavy, tall, or lightweight stacked goods (such as empty plastic containers, e-commerce boxes, or insulation bundles) before they leave the facility. The carriage travel is smoothly guided by a heavy-duty dual-chain drive to eliminate vibration at peak heights.
30" NO-THREAD® Powered Pre-Stretch Carriage
Upgrading from the standard 20-inch roll to a 30-inch carriage drastically reduces the total number of rotations required to fully wrap a 104-inch load, boosting overall throughput efficiency.
• Zero Threading Gate: The spring-loaded carriage gate opens completely for fast, effortless film placement. Operators do not need to thread film manually through interlocked rollers.
• Pre-Stretch Efficiency: The system is engineered with a standard 200% pre-stretch ratio (capable of adjusting from 50% up to 400% based on film quality), significantly lowering film costs per pallet load.

Low-Profile 77" Turntable Base
The machine features an oversized 77-inch diameter turntable made from 3/8-inch solid steel plate. Supported by 40 lubrication-free, heavy-duty table supports, it effortlessly manages asymmetric or massive loads up to 5,000 pounds. Because it sits just 3 inches off the ground, it is easily accessible by warehouse hand pallet jacks when equipped with an optional ramp attachment.
Industrial Grade Control Systems
The unit is managed via a NEMA 4/12 dust-tight and waterproof control enclosure. Powered by an Allen-Bradley PLC, it gives operators discrete control over separate up/down carriage speeds, variable turntable RPM, and customizable top/bottom wrap counters via an intuitive interface.
