Used dissolver by Diaf A/S (DK) model FFBH49EX. Has single stainless steel shaft with working length 700 mm. Shaft is belt driven by el motor 37 kW, 1475 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Dissolver has toothed disc with diameter 410 mm and side wall scrapper with teflon blade, driven by el motor 1.1 kW and reducer.
Working rotation of shaft adjustable by hydraulical change of pulleys diameter (hydraulical drive power 0.12 kW). Rising and lowering of agitator in range 109 cm - hydraulical - pump motor with power 1 kW. Machine has local control panel and electric cabinet.
