Omron CJ1W-OD212 16-Point 24VDC Transistor Output Unit All Outputs Test/Working
Omron CJ1W-OD212 16-point sourcing transistor output module for CJ-series PLC and industrial automation systems.
This unit received a detailed in-house functional test on an operating Omron CJ-series PLC rack. The module was recognized correctly by the PLC and configured through CX-Programmer. An external 24 VDC supply was connected to the output circuit, and each of the 16 output channels was activated individually.
All 16 channel LEDs responded correctly, and every output successfully powered a 24 VDC Omron indicator lamp under load. This provides a stronger functional verification than an unloaded voltage-only test.
The CJ1W-OD212 is designed to provide 24 VDC sourcing outputs for field devices including relays, indicator lamps, solenoids, and other automation components.

comes from a professional working environment. Pulled from a working system. In good cosmetic condition (pictured). Previously used and in good working condition. Unit was installed on an Omron CJ-series PLC rack with a CJ2H-CPU64-EIP processor and tested through CX-Programmer. All 16 output channels were commanded individually and verified under load using a 24 VDC Omron indicator lamp. Each corresponding output LED illuminated and each output successfully powered the 24 VDC lamp. No failed output channels were observed during testing. See pictures. See description for full specs.
