Agilent Varian Cary 5000 UV-Vis-NIR DRA-2500 Reflectance System (Needs Repair)
Research-grade double-beam UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer and optical reflectance measurement system configured for transmission, diffuse reflectance, fixed-angle specular reflectance, absolute specular reflectance, and polarized optical measurements.
This system includes an installed Internal DRA-2500 along with a substantial collection of specialized reflectance and polarization accessories.
Two Harrick specular-reflection assemblies are included as complete mounted configurations: an ERA-45G 45° accessory and an ERA-22G 22.5° accessory, each installed on its respective floor-mounted fixed-angle assembly.
The package also includes a VW Absolute Specular Reflectance Accessory, Harrick polarizer and depolarizer, RBA holder, chamber extension hardware, spare visible-source lamp, manuals, and the Windows XP control computer associated with the instrument.

Comes from a professional working environment. Acquired from an active laboratory in partial working order. In good cosmetic condition (See pictures). Pre-owned research laboratory system. The Cary 5000 powers and the instrument light sources have been verified operational. The system currently has a known functional issue: the front-channel detector is not detecting light. A professional service quote of approximately $7,000 was previously obtained to address the detector-related issue. The repair has not been performed. Because of this known detector fault, the system is being sold AS-IS for repair/service. It should not be considered fully operational or calibrated in its present condition. No representation is made regarding current wavelength accuracy, photometric accuracy, detector performance, or measurement calibration beyond the specific testing described above. See pictures. Orders ship within 1 business day of payment, subject to freight scheduling.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or APO/FPO mailboxes unless prior arrangements are made.
