Description

1. Bending system

2. Slotting system

Double tool slotting, stainless steel galvanized board selection of planer slotting, aluminum profile and aluminum plate switch to large Angle alloy knife slotting.

3. Feeding system

The design of circulating clamping feeding, manipulator circulating clamping feeding, the configuration of servo drive + high quality ball screw and linear guide rail makes the feeding smooth and smooth without causing deformation to the material, and the closed-loop control composed of length encoder and system makes the finished products perfectly match with the source files.
