Smart Casting Design Of Ribbed Meehanite With Minimal Operator "Lean-In" To Load & Offload. No Table Overhang; Accuracies Meet Or Exceed JIS With Full Table Load.
The Spindle Uses Class-7 Angular Contact Bearings And Is Fully Enclosed In Stainless Steel. It Is Housed In A Heavily Ribbed And Oversized Headstock CAsting, Virtually Eliminating Thermal Growth And Vibration. Rigid Tap Is Standard. The Tool Changer Is A Carousel Type, Simple And Dependable. This Machine Is Available With Mitsubishi Or Optional FANUC Control: Always With Same Source Matched AC Digital Motors And Drives To Ensure The Best Reliability And Performance.
