USED Acrison Blending System
Overview
• Designed to blend natural cat litter using four dry components and two liquids. Other potential applications include fertilizer and animal feed.
• Production capacity: 16,000 – 20,000 lbs/hr
• System is supported by six 6,000 cubic ft bulk tanks along with pit auger and air transfer systems.
• All blending system components are either stainless or carbon steel.
• Drawings and manuals available for all equipment.

o (2) Acrison Model 350 continuous blender. Model 350-3-T.
o (1) Acrison loss-on-weight feeder for guar gum. Model 402X-700-175-BDF1.5-GG/2
o Tank and spray assembly for glyceryn (Proprietary)
o (1) Acrison Model 301 continuous blender. Model 301-R.
o (2) Acrison loss-on-weight feeders, dry blend. Model 404Z2200-300-BDF3-1-R/2
o Spray system for fragrance (Proprietary)
o Kidde Fenwal explosion/fire protection systems.
