USED MRM 12 VALVE ROTARY FILLER
Overview
Item is a used, MRM, 12 valve, automatic, rotary, pressure/overflow style filler. This type machine is suited to filling free-flowing, thin to medium viscosity liquids. The machine is equipped with 12 - 5/8 inch diameter filling nozzles and a 36" bottle table. Machine incorporates "No Container/No Fill capability.

Production Rates: Rated at anywhere from 24 to 120 CPM depending on fluid characteristics and viscosity, and container size
Construction Material: All stainless steel contact parts mounted on heavy duty, painted, mild steel frame
Controls: Machine is currently equipped with variable speed contols for machine speed and pump speed. The conveyor with variable speed controls are to be added
Product Supply: Incorporates a product overflow/supply tank and a centrifugal pump to supply product to the filling nozzles
Container Handling Parts: Each container having different dimensoins will require change parts including infeed and discharge stars and center guide. The machine does not currently have an integral conveyor, but would be supplied with a 4 1/2" wide, variable speed, S/S conveyor.
